Management Systems

Annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  • Collaborate with business leaders and Capability Development team to identify capability gaps and development priorities
  • Consolidate and analyze training needs at organizational, departmental and individual levels
  • Prepare the annual TNA and Calendar for approval

Training Planning & Sourcing

  • Identify and source suitable external training providers and required programs or courses
  • Evaluate training proposals to ensure relevance, quality, and value for money
  • Coordination with Supply Chain regarding vendor registration
  • Conduct annual training vendor evaluation

Training Coordination & Delivery

  • Communicate training plans and requirements to stakeholders and participants
  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, facilitators, and participants logistics
  • Monitor training execution to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Expert and training partners to develop necessary training modules

Training Evaluation & Effectiveness Measurement

  • Ensure administration of pre and post training evaluations
  • Collect and analyze participants feedback and learning assessments
  • Prepare evaluation reports with insights and recommendations for improvement

Learning Management System (LMS) & eLearning Administration

  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System
  • Upload, manage, and track training programs, participants enrolments, and completion records
  • Assign online learning resources to participants in line with business requirements
  • Provide user support and resolve system related issues

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain comprehensive training records and documentation
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports on training participation, completion, and effectiveness
  • Provide data driven insights to support decision making and workforce development planning
  • Support audits and management reviews with accurate training data
