Responsibilities
- Perform in process and final inspections of welded and machined components
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, approved procedures, standards, and API/ASME/ISO requirements
- Review welding documents such as WPS, PQR, and WQR
- Conduct visual welding inspections and coordinate NDT report reviews
- Inspect machined parts for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, tolerances, material traceability, and MTC compliance
- Witness hydrostatic and gas pressure tests, verifying equipment calibration and safety compliance
- Maintain inspection records, prepare reports and NCRs, coordinate with vendor quality teams
- Act as representative at vendor site and support audits or client inspections
