Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the Onshore Project Safety Management System
- Act as primary focal point between LNG Operations Expansion & Start Up Team, Project Management Team, and Contractors for all Start Up Assistance aspects
- Coordinate Operation Readiness Plan deliverables, including Interim Operations, Reimbursable Start Up Requests (RSR), and contractor services
- Lead the Start Up Assistance program to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant startup
- Drive overall Start Up Assistance readiness by ensuring timely sourcing and mobilization of RSR resources
- Attend daily work planning and prioritization meetings and coordinate Contractor discipline support
- Support issues resolution through coordination with function managers to identify mitigation options and contingency plans
- Coordinate and manage various action registers to ensure completion of tasks
- Manage completion of the Operations Readiness Plan by ensuring assignment of all actions and monitoring deliverables
- Ensure seamless transition from project phase to Operations, supporting Final Handover and Provisional Acceptance
Requirements
- Experience in project engineering and start up assistance for LNG or similar large scale projects
- Knowledge of safety management systems and procedures
- Ability to coordinate Operation Readiness Plan deliverables
- Experience managing contractor resources and RSR processes
- Strong troubleshooting and issues resolution skills
- Ability to manage action registers and ensure task completion

Job Overview
- Provide leadership in the Onshore Project Safety Management System and conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary focal point between LNG Operations Expansion & Start Up Team, Project Management Team and Contractors for all Start Up Assistance aspects, including coordination of Operation Readiness Plan deliverables; Interim Operations; Reimbursable Start Up Requests (RSR) and contractor provided labour,
- Lead the Start Up Assistance (SUA) program to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant startup aligned with LNG standards and project objectives.
- Drive overall Start Up Assistance readiness by ensuring RSR resources are sourced and mobilized in a timely manner.
- Attend daily work planning and prioritization meetings and coordinate Contractor discipline support as required to ensure prompt troubleshooting and issues resolution.
- Support issues resolution through coordination with the respective function managers to identify mitigation options and contingency plans.
- Coordinate and manage various action registers to ensure completion of tasks.
- With support from the Senior Operations Advisor, manage completion of the Operations Readiness Plan by ensuring assignment of all actions and monitors completion of deliverables.
- Ensure seamless transition from project phase to Operations, supporting Final Handover and Provisional Acceptance.
