Responsibilities
- Coordinate Well Intervention warehouse activities and prioritize according to drilling sequence
- Conduct QA/QC acceptance checks on all new equipment being received into warehouse
- Responsible for make up and testing of completion sub assemblies
- Keep on top of sub assembly requirements and ensure sufficient stock
- Issue CWO's and SO's as required
- Monitor and witness sub assembly make up and test at Vendors
- Check all assembly sheets for correct data, i.e. Dimensions, Threads
- Check all dimensions specs against manufacturers description and that products are as ordered and fully functional
- Check SCSSSV, HCM's, Ball Valves, etc. are functional and pressure tight
- Ensure SAP workflows are done for the associated equipment movements
- Visit contractors as required for pre load out inspections
- Prepare/inspect equipment for load out
Requirements
- Experience in coordinating well intervention warehouse activities
- Knowledge of QA/QC acceptance checks on equipment
- Experience with make up and testing of completion sub assemblies
- Familiarity with SAP workflows for equipment movements
