Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2 3 years of experience in operations or training roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in creating training content and delivering engaging sessions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels
- Proactive problem solver with a hands on approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
