About the Role

  • We are seeking a Process Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our operations team.
  • This dynamic role also involves supporting the Head of Department (HOD) in managing key initiatives, coordinating projects, and handling administrative tasks to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop tailored training programs for various roles within the operations department, focusing on operational processes, tools, and systems.
  • Create high quality training materials, including manuals and presentations.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing development for existing employees.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and hands on sessions to ensure practical understanding and application.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, providing regular progress reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on operational processes, offering continuous support and guidance to team members.
  • Ensure all training materials align with company policies and industry standards.
  • Assist the HOD with project management, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2 3 years of experience in operations or training roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in creating training content and delivering engaging sessions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proactive problem solver with a hands on approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
