Job Description
The Training Coordinator supports the development and delivery of technical training programmes across the organisation.
The role assesses employee competency and training needs, develops training plans and materials, and coordinates classroom and e-learning sessions.
The coordinator works with internal teams, industry experts, and external training providers.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate employee competency and manage personnel appraisals.
- Identify technical training needs and design an integrated training programme.
- Discuss employees’ technical issues with them.
- Develop outlines, handouts, exercises, and other training materials.
- Coordinate classroom training and workshops with industry experts.
- Schedule sessions through e-learning platforms.
- Ensure newly hired employees receive relevant training.
- Evaluate employee performance after training sessions.
- Collect feedback and recommend improvements to training programmes.
- Collaborate with vendors for specialised training.
- Comply with quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the line manager or supervisor.
