Role Overview
Lead the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Oversee multidisciplinary design teams, technical interfaces, project risks, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder engagement.
Provide strategic direction and technical leadership through the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop infrastructure delivery policies and procedures, including for marine works.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and manage external vendors and contractors.
- Oversee planning, design, procurement, construction, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Manage project teams, stakeholders, contracts, risks, budgets, progress reporting, and health and safety compliance.
- Promote continuous improvement and implement project delivery best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of infrastructure design and construction management experience, including at least 5 years in the GCC.
- Experience with large-scale GCC roads, utilities, community development, and urban infrastructure projects.
- Proven background in PMC or consultancy and multidisciplinary coordination environments.
