Role Overview
We are looking for a well-organised Training & Reporting Assistant to support the delivery of training sessions and the preparation of team performance reports.
The role combines training coordination and content preparation with hands-on reporting and MIS work — using Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools to keep reporting accurate, timely, and efficient.
The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of financial markets and a sharp eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training sessions across teams.
- Prepare and format training decks, handouts, and session material in PowerPoint.
- Support live delivery of sessions — setting up rooms and virtual links, managing attendance, and handling participant queries.
