Century Financial is a UAE financial services company specializing in investments and trading in currencies, indices, shares, commodities, treasuries, ETFs, and exchange-traded derivatives.
Role Overview
The Relationship Manager develops an understanding of financial markets, tracks competition, onboards new clients, and supports healthy client equity balances.
Client and Business Responsibilities
- Acquire preferred HNI and UHNI clients and grow the client base through referrals, networking, and channel partnerships.
- Manage allocated clients through regular telephone or in-person contact and deliver premium client service.
- Conduct risk and suitability assessments, risk profiling, and needs-based product recommendations.
- Build sales plans for new HNI customer acquisition and increase the customer base.
- Understand high-value client needs and provide tailored support.
- Coordinate with client-facing teams to maintain high service standards.
- Attend client and prospect events and meetings, including some evenings and weekends.
- Maintain compliance with company ethics and code of conduct policies.
Requirements
- More than five years of sales experience in the financial, banking, or insurance industry.
