Role Overview
The Relationship Manager acquires and develops HNI and UHNI client relationships while maintaining strong client equity balances.
The role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, close monitoring of competition, and innovative approaches to onboarding new clients.
Job Description
- Acquire preferred HNI and UHNI clients and grow the client base through referrals, networking, and channel partnerships.
- Contact and manage allocated clients regularly by telephone or in person to deliver premium relationship service.
- Conduct risk and suitability assessments and recommend products aligned with each client's risk profile.
- Host clients and prospects at events and meetings, including some evening and weekend commitments.
- Coordinate with client-facing teams and provide tailored support to high-value clients.
- Formulate sales plans to acquire new HNI customers and increase the customer base.
- Conduct risk profiling and apply a needs-based approach to investment and trading requirements.
- Comply with company ethics and code of conduct policies.
