- Produce monthly Training and Competence reports
- Support formulation of training policies, programs, and schedules
Requirements
- Valid offshore survival and pre mobilisation certification (BOSIET, MIST, CA EBS)
- College degree and/or Competency based qualification
- Proven operational experience in training and competency within Oil & Gas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft and HRIS

Role Summary
- The Training and Competence Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all operational, HSE, marine and legislative training and competence requirements for employees while maintaining appropriate records.
