Responsibilities
- Drafting Legal Documents: including contracts, legal memos, ensuring they comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Cases Analysis: Reviewing and analyzing legal cases to determine the most appropriate legal course of action and provide recommendations.
- Supporting the Legal Team: Assisting in preparing legal consultations for clients and supporting in resolving disputes.
- Preparing for Hearings and Pleadings: assisting in the preparation of necessary documents for court hearings and prepare briefs and pleadings.
- Legal Research: Conducting in depth legal research on relevant laws and regulations, staying up to date with legal and jurisprudential developments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills (written and verbal).

- Proficiency in Arabic, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
