Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements
- Provide precise, practical legal advice and prepare recommendations for complex corporate and commercial transactions
- Analyze and summarize complex legal documents, proposing necessary amendments
- Support legal due diligence processes and assist with M&A transactions
- Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and ADR proceedings
- Manage legal workflow, develop work plans, track billable hours, and use document management tools
- Conduct in depth legal research on Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial precedents
- Draft legal articles and newsletters to support institutional knowledge and client communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in reputable law firms or corporate legal departments
- Excellent legal drafting skills in both Arabic and English
- Advanced knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business laws
- Practical understanding of corporate law, compliance, commercial contracts, and litigation/arbitration procedures
- Familiarity with legal tech tools for document and task management

Qualifications

- Advanced knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business laws
- Practical understanding of corporate law, compliance, commercial contracts, and litigation/arbitration procedures
- Familiarity with legal tech tools for document and task management
- Strong soft skills: communication, presentation, teamwork, problem solving, decision making
- Ability to provide efficient and accurate legal advice, analyze complex transactions, and propose innovative solutions
