- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements
- Prepare precise, practical legal recommendations for complex transactions
- Analyze, summarize, and propose amendments to complex legal documents
- Contribute to legal due diligence processes and support M&A transactions
- Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and ADR proceedings
- Manage legal files against clear timelines, track billable hours, and use document management tools
- Conduct in depth legal research on Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial precedents
- Write legal articles and newsletters to support firm knowledge and client communication
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in reputable law firms
- Excellent command of legal drafting and communication in Arabic
- Strong proficiency in English (drafting and communication) is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business laws

Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in reputable law firms
- Excellent command of legal drafting and communication in Arabic
- Strong proficiency in English is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business laws
- Practical understanding of corporate law, compliance, commercial contracts, and litigation/arbitration procedures
- Familiarity with legal tech tools for document and task management
- Superior communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
