Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements
- Provide legal advice to clients and prepare precise, practical recommendations for complex transactions
- Analyze and summarize complex legal documents and propose amendments
- Contribute to legal due diligence processes and support M&A transactions
- Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and ADR proceedings
- Develop work plans, allocate tasks, manage risks, and track billable hours
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and judicial precedents
- Write articles and legal newsletters to support institutional knowledge and client communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia
- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in reputable law firms
- Excellent command of legal drafting in both Arabic and English
- Strong knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business laws
- Practical understanding of corporate law, compliance, commercial contracts, and litigation/arbitration procedures
- Familiarity with legal tech tools for document and task management

- Strong knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business laws
- Practical understanding of corporate law, compliance, commercial contracts, and litigation/arbitration procedures
- Ability to provide efficient and accurate legal advice, analyze complex transactions, and propose innovative solutions
