About the Firm
The firm provides legal services to public and private sector clients in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
- Draft contracts, legal memoranda, and other legal documents in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Review and analyze legal cases and recommend appropriate procedures.
- Assist with legal consultations and support dispute resolution.
- Prepare documents for court hearings and prepare briefs and pleadings.
- Conduct in-depth research on relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up to date with legal and jurisprudential developments.
- Represent clients before courts and competent authorities.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Excellent written and verbal drafting and communication skills are required.
- A strong interest in developing legal knowledge is required.
- The candidate must work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
- Excellent analytical and research skills are required.
- Proficiency in Arabic, written and spoken, is required.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- The candidate must work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organization and time-management skills are required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are required.
- The candidate should be enthusiastic about learning clients' businesses.
