About the firm
The firm serves local and regional clients across corporate transactions, commercial contracts and advisory services, commercial disputes and arbitration.
The role offers exposure to complex regional and local matters, training and development, and a long-term legal career path.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and prepare legal documents, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs and service agreements.
- Provide practical legal advice and recommendations for complex corporate and commercial transactions.
- Analyze complex legal documents, propose amendments and support legal due diligence and M&A transactions.
- Prepare memoranda, pleadings and briefs for commercial litigation and ADR proceedings.
- Manage legal workflows, work plans, billable hours and progress using document and time-tracking tools.
- Research Saudi laws, regulations and judicial precedents.
- Draft legal articles and newsletters for institutional knowledge and client communication.
- Lead workstreams under supervision and deliver legal tasks accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia is required; an LL.M is preferred.
- At least five years of practical experience in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department is essential.
- Excellent legal drafting skills in both Arabic and English are essential.
- Advanced knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles and commercial or business law is required.
- Experience with local and cross-border matters and practical understanding of corporate law, compliance, contracts and disputes are required.
- Familiarity with legal technology for document and task management is required.
