Role Overview
The Legal Associate contributes to daily legal activities and leads workstreams under supervision.
The role focuses on accurate, timely delivery of legal tasks and practical solutions for complex transactions.
Transactions and Legal Analysis
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Analyze and summarize complex legal documents and propose amendments when necessary.
- Contribute to legal due diligence and support mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Disputes and Practice Management
- Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
- Develop work plans, allocate tasks, manage risks, and track legal matters against timelines and quality standards.
