Role Overview
The Lawyer contributes to daily legal activities and leads workstreams under supervision.
The role requires accurate and timely delivery of legal tasks and comprehensive solutions for complex matters.
Drafting and Transactions
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Analyze, summarize, and propose amendments to complex legal documents.
- Contribute to legal due diligence and support mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Disputes and Practice Management
- Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
- Manage legal files against timelines, track billable hours and matter progress, and use document-management and time-tracking tools.
