Description

The trainee will join the Power Global practice, which has supported the Power team since 2015.

The role supports global EPC projects through engineering and CAD support, fabrication drawings, document control, quality and progress measurement, and cost and schedule reporting.

Projects include conventional and renewable power generation and involve civil, electrical, instrumentation and controls, mechanical, and structural disciplines.

Role Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements and complete duties assigned by the supervisor.
  • Shadow senior members, ask questions, and assist wherever possible.
  • Raise concerns and make suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and training initiatives.
  • Take notes and share findings with the supervisor.
  • Establish professional relationships with the team and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and designers in Mumbai and the United States to resolve engineering and design issues.
  • Maintain professionalism, dependability, and diligence in a multidisciplinary project team.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering from a university or institute in India.
  • Must have achieved 60% throughout the degree program with no live ATKT in any semester.
  • Must graduate as part of the 2027 batch only.
  • Must be proficient in English and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent learning ability.

Schedule and Hiring Details

  • The schedule is full-time.
  • The posting will remain open for at least 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
