****Job Description****
We are looking for a
Trainee Data Analyst
- to support our Business Intelligence team in delivering reliable reporting and actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- The trainee will assist in maintaining dashboards and ensuring data accuracy across reporting processes.
- This role is ideal for someone interested in how data supports operational and strategic decisions across different departments.
- ****Key Responsibilities:****
- Assist in preparing and maintaining recurring business reports and dashboards used by leadership and operational teams.
- Support data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Extract and organize data from internal databases or reporting systems.
- Assist in documenting reporting logic, KPI definitions, and data sources.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in existing reports and dashboards.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from retail teams.
- Contribute to improving reporting efficiency through AI Proficiency.
- ****Skills And Qualifications:****
- Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, general formulas).
- Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction (Basic test will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Commitment to improve as fast as possible.
- Advanced Problem Solving Skills (Requires Test for Final Interview).
