Role & Responsibility - Strategic Role
- · Collaborate with the reporting manager to develop and refine sales strategies that align with company objectives and market conditions.
- · Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and sales plans.
- · Establish clear sales targets and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- · Develop strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- · Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and benchmarks.
- · Prepare and present strategic sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Operational role
- · Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets.
- · Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual goals, and address any performance issues.
- · Oversee daily sales activities, including order processing, customer interactions, and sales administration.
- · Ensure efficient execution of sales processes and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- · Develop and implement best practices to improve sales techniques and customer service.
- · Review and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- · Implement and monitor sales tools and systems to support the sales team and streamline operations.
- · Monitor sales forecasts to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- · Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and support.
- · Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- · Prepare regular operational reports, including sales activity summaries, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team effectively.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
