The Van Salesman is responsible for selling and delivering products directly to customers using a company van.
This role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, ensuring timely delivery, and representing the company professionally in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver products to customers according to assigned routes and schedules.
- Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collect payments and issue receipts in accordance with company policies.
- Record sales transactions accurately and prepare daily sales reports.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the company vehicle.
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and local traffic regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or direct distribution.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with local routes and areas is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,900.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
