Responsibilities
- Study how beginner, intermediate, and advanced users choose between copy trading, bots, and building strategies themselves, then turn those insights into product decisions
- Work with engineering, quant research, AI, risk, design, and operations teams to clarify tradeoffs and keep high quality product delivery moving
- Track frontier products across copy trading, quant tools, and AI investment experiences, then build your own product judgment instead of copying features mechanically
- For quantitative strategy products, drive improvements across classic bot strategies, parameter explainability, AI strategy exploration, strategy performance, and attribution display
- For copy trading, improve trader discovery and trust systems, follow settings, risk control experience, multi asset copy trading, position transparency, and trust signals
Requirements
- Genuine interest in trading behavior and financial products
- Self driven; able to define goals and clarify path when requirements are unclear
- Understand user psychology in risk based decisions
- Clear product judgment; can evaluate copy trading interfaces and strategy setup pages
- Ability to build alignment across engineering, quant research, risk, and business teams

- This product area covers futures copy trading, CFD copy trading, US stock live copy trading, and bot products such as spot grid, martingale strategies, and funding rate arbitrage.
- We are also exploring AI conversational strategy generation.
- We need someone who truly understands trading behavior and can find the right balance between product complexity and user understanding.
What you'll own
- Study how beginner, intermediate, and advanced users choose between copy trading, bots, and building strategies themselves, then turn those insights into product decisions
- Work with engineering, quant research, AI, risk, design, and operations teams to clarify tradeoffs and keep high quality product delivery moving
- Track frontier products across copy trading, quant tools, and AI investment experiences, then build your own product judgment instead of copying features mechanically
- For quantitative strategy products, drive improvements across classic bot strategies, parameter explainability, AI strategy exploration, strategy performance, and attribution display

What we're looking for
- You have genuine interest in trading behavior and financial products, and can quickly find the core logic of a complex domain instead of staying at the feature surface
- You are self driven; when requirements are unclear, you define the goal, clarify the path, and move the work forward instead of waiting to be pushed
- You can understand user psychology in risk based decisions: why someone chooses a trader, stops a bot midway, changes parameters, or loses trust completely
- You have clear product judgment; you can tell whether a copy trading interface or strategy setup page explains complex information clearly, and whether risk display may mislead users
- You can build alignment across engineering, quant research, risk, and business teams instead of acting only as a messenger
Strong to haves
- You have owned full projects in copy trading, social trading, trading bots, or quantitative platform products
- You have strong interest in either copy trading or quantitative strategy tools, and are a heavy user of leading platforms
- You have thinking or experience around AI products, especially how natural language interaction can work with professional financial tools
- You have user research, data analysis, or A/B testing experience, and can turn behavioral data into product insight
