An established FMCG organization in the UAE is seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to execute trade marketing initiatives across modern trade, traditional trade, and distribution channels.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches across multiple channels
- Support the development and implementation of point of sale materials, merchandising assets, and in store activation plans
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure trade activities are delivered on time and in line with business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, promotional effectiveness, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations
- Track trade marketing budgets, purchase orders, and campaign related expenses
- Liaise with distributors, retailers, agencies, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of trade initiatives
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, activation results, and market trends
- Maintain marketing calendars and support the planning of seasonal and customer specific activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing Coordination, Category Management, or Sales Support within the FMCG industry
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting and data analysis tools is advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with distributors and retail customers in the UAE market is preferred
- Proactive, detail oriented individual with strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast paced environment
