- Design and deliver complex technology solutions
- Work closely with customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Understand customer challenges and design scalable solutions
- Guide delivery through to deployment and operational adoption
- Support technical troubleshooting, deployment activities, and implementation challenges
- Engage in customer facing projects, technical workshops, solution demonstrations, and architecture reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
- 8+ years of experience across Software Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture roles
- Strong software engineering background with previous hands on experience in designing, developing, and integrating complex software systems
- Proven experience architecting enterprise grade solutions involving cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and modern application architectures
- Experience working within cybersecurity, secure software development, digital platforms, or highly regulated technology environments is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of system integration, application security, identity management, networking concepts, and enterprise infrastructure
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience working with Agile software delivery methodologies and cross functional engineering teams
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Hands on mindset with the ability to support technical troubleshooting, deployment activities, and implementation challenges when required
- Experience supporting customer facing projects, technical workshops, solution demonstrations, and architecture reviews
