Role Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and client focused Account Manager to join our growing marketing team.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, identifying opportunities to grow accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all day to day communications.
  • Develop strong, long lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, digital, content, media, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, status reports, and client presentations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations based on results and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional marketing services.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and invoicing processes.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and excellent service.
  • Resolve client issues quickly and effectively while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years' experience in an Account Manager or Client Services role within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, social media, paid media, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience identifying account growth opportunities.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM and project management platforms is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with regional or international brands.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
