- Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, status reports, and client presentations
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations based on results and insights
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional marketing services
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and invoicing processes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3 6 years of experience in an Account Manager or Client Services role within a marketing agency or similar environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, social media, paid media, and campaign management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness with experience identifying account growth opportunities
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Role Overview
