- Develop annual and quarterly promotional plans in alignment with Sales objectives
- Design and execute trade promotions (discounts, bundles, seasonal campaigns)
- Enhance in store visibility through POS materials and merchandising initiatives
- Analyze promotional performance and measure return on investment (ROI)
- Support the Sales team with tools, programs, and initiatives to achieve targets
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability during campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare regular performance reports on trade marketing activities and sales impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Trade Marketing in the FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of Traditional Trade and/or Modern Trade channels
- Experience in promotional planning and performance analysis
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel

About the Role
