Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 9 years of experience in property management or real estate management

- Experience managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Excellent communication, client management, negotiation, and decision making skills
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze performance
