  • This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
  • Lead generation delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development or Sales Executive.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Results oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
