- Develop and execute sales strategies for off plan real estate projects
- Lead, manage, and continuously develop the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, and marketing partners
- Expand and optimize direct and indirect sales channels
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and KPI updates to management
- Collaborate in developing pricing strategies, offers, and marketing campaigns
- Oversee the customer journey from initial inquiry to contract signing and closing
- Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth and investment returns
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and sales effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales
- At least 3 years in managing off plan sales projects
- Proven track record in successfully selling residential and mixed use developments
- Strong network of relationships with brokers, real estate marketers, and agencies within the Saudi market
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities
- Experience in developing sales plans and monitoring KPIs and sales performance metrics

Job Overview
- Rgheeb is seeking an experienced and results driven Off Plan Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales performance of its real estate projects.
