Key Responsibilities

  • **Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution:**
  • Drive execution of the annual GTM strategy by translating brand and commercial objectives into impactful in-store activation plans.
  • **POS Development & Optimization:**
  • Conceptualize and deliver innovative in-store POS materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines while optimizing specifications, quality, and costs.
  • **Vendor Management:**
  • Identify, onboard, and manage POS, fabrication, and event vendors; negotiate commercial terms and build a strong, performance-driven vendor ecosystem.
  • **In-Store Execution Excellence:**
  • Collaborate with vendors and store teams to ensure seamless, timely rollout of campaigns and POS installations across all locations.
  • **Media Planning & Execution:**
  • Plan and implement offline media strategies to support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • **BTL Activations:**
  • Design and execute high-impact activations that enhance footfall, increase basket size, and drive category penetration.
  • **Events & Sponsorship Management:**
  • Lead brand participation in trade events, sponsorships, and mall activations; liaise with mall management for in-mall visibility opportunities.
  • **Store Audits & Competition Mapping:**
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution standards, track competitor activity, and share actionable insights with cross-functional teams.
  • **Store Design Collaboration:**
  • Partner with property and projects teams to enhance store aesthetics, signage, and visual merchandising standards.
  • **New Store Launches:**
  • Own the trade marketing workstream for new store openings, including POS deployment, launch events, and customer acquisition initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

  • **Campaign & Activation Delivery:**
  • Annual trade-marketing calendar delivered on time, on quality, in full.
  • **Footfall & Commercial Impact:**
  • Footfall lift and basket-size impact from BTL activations; campaign-attributable sales.
  • **Cost & Budget Management:**
  • Adherence to trade-marketing budget; cost-per-store on POS; vendor rate optimisation.
  • **Execution Quality:**
  • Store-visit audit scores; POS compliance %; new-store-opening readiness scorecard.
  • **Vendor & Stakeholder Performance:**
  • Vendor SLA adherence; new-vendor onboarding; internal stakeholder satisfaction.
  • **Market Intelligence:**
  • Cadence and quality of competitor-mapping reports shared with commercial team.
