Overview
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with deep functional knowledge of Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain processes, including Inventory-to-Finance integration.
- Ability to analyze system/database logs and troubleshoot transactional and posting issues.
- Basic working knowledge of X++, extensions, batch jobs, and system integrations for support purposes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong stakeholder management.
- Experience working in a support-driven, SLA-based environment, with flexibility to work in shifts or provide on-call support when required.
