Position Overview
The role focuses on cash flow and liquidity management across trade operations and treasury functions.
The position supports working capital optimization, trade instrument execution, and cash flow forecasting.
Cash Flow and Working Capital
- Monitor, analyze, and report daily and weekly cash positions.
- Prepare short- and long-term forecasts connected to trade settlements, import and export cycles, and facility maturities.
- Manage working capital by accelerating cash inflows and optimizing payment cycles.
Trade Finance Operations
- Manage Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, and Bank Guarantees through their full lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with UCP 600, ISBP, and internal company policies.
- Liaise with banks on financing rates, processing fees, and credit line utilization.
Banking and Facility Management
- Maintain relationships with corporate banking partners.
- Support smooth transactions and facility renewals.
- Monitor existing trade and credit line utilization.
- Reconcile bank statements, trade loan accounts, and Nostro and Vostro accounts.
