Job Summary
The employer is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Documentation Assistant / Controller.
The role supports administrative and project teams by organizing, processing, and maintaining company records.
Document Control Duties
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for accurate categorization, indexing, storage, and retrieval.
- Receive, log, sort, and distribute correspondence, reports, manuals, and administrative paperwork.
- Assist with proofreading, formatting, and updating SOPs, manuals, reports, and presentations.
- Update document control logs, tracking registers, and database spreadsheets for pending approvals and reviews.
- Coordinate with departments to gather information and follow up on pending documentation.
Audit and Office Administration
- Resolve minor discrepancies in record-keeping and assist with periodic audits.
- Retrieve requested records, organize archives, and securely dispose of obsolete materials according to retention policies.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and ordering supplies.
