Role Overview
Manage, maintain, and secure financial records and documentation processes.
Serve as a link between finance operations and administrative compliance, keeping transactions, reports, and audits documented and accessible.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, verify, and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, bank statements, and purchase orders.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems in compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and audit trails.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
- Track accounts payable and receivable documentation and flag discrepancies or missing paperwork.
- Assist with tax filings, statutory compliance paperwork, and internal and external audit preparations.
- Protect the confidentiality and security of financial and employee-related documents.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial administration, accounting, or document control.
- Strong MS Office proficiency, specifically advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with modern accounting software such as Zoho.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
