- Valid Tower Crane Operator license/certification as required by UAE/local regulations
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience operating tower cranes on high rise, residential, commercial, or large scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of lifting operations, load charts, rigging principles, and crane safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret lifting plans, signals, and basic construction drawings
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with site teams
- Physically fit and able to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of UAE construction safety standards and best practices is preferred
