About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Land Surveyor to assist in topographic, boundary, and construction surveys in Dubai. You will operate survey equipment, record data, and coordinate with site teams.

Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for project sites
- Perform setting out of buildings, roads, utilities, and other construction works as per approved drawings
- Assist in establishing and verifying survey control points, benchmarks, and reference lines
- Operate and maintain survey equipment such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, Auto Levels, and Laser Levels
- Record, process, and verify survey data for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure correct site layouts and levels
- Monitor construction progress and conduct as built surveys as required
- Prepare field notes, survey reports, and documentation
- Ensure proper care, calibration, and maintenance of survey instruments
- Comply with company safety procedures and project quality standards during all survey activities
