Requirements

- Strong understanding of the real estate industry in the UAE, including project management and financial practices
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of UAE taxation laws, VAT, and compliance requirements
- Strong team management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent financial analysis and problem solving skills
- High level of accuracy in financial recordkeeping and reporting
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounts Manager with a solid background in the Real Estate industry to oversee and manage all financial operations of the company.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles within the real estate sector in the UAE.
- As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of financial records, managing budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee the day to day accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports for the real estate projects.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE accounting standards.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process for various real estate projects, providing detailed financial forecasts, tracking project costs, and managing cash flow.

Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
- Experience: At least 7 years of proven experience in an accounts management role within the real estate industry in the UAE, with hands on experience in project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate industry in the UAE, including project management and financial practices specific to real estate projects.
