Job Summary and Purpose

  • Review and update QFAB’s HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with leading practices and proper implementation.
  • Support the development and implementation of the rewards strategy, policies, and procedures, as well as overall QFAB’s rewards schemes.
  • Ensure QFAB’s rewards strategies are equitable, transparent, and competitive enough to attract and retain the best talents.

Key Accountabilities

  • Policy Development & Implementation: Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating all HR policies and procedures; advise managers and employees on interpretation.
  • Total Rewards Strategy: Participate in designing and implementing rewards strategies, structures, policies, and procedures; design and maintain rewards schemes against benchmarks; partner to develop and conduct salary surveys.
  • Job Evaluation and Grading: Conduct Job Evaluation for new job titles; coordinate with Recruitment and leadership for starting salaries; maintain job grading systems and pay scales.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Participate in employee satisfaction studies; review queries related to incentive and reward schemes; advise on rewards strategies and benefit programs; respond to inquiries; liaise with Learning and Development for performance management outcomes.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Prepare reports and statistics on salaries and rewards; analyze compensation data to identify trends and disparities; generate reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or any other related field.
  • Certification in a relevant discipline (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SPHR, CIR, ACIR) is highly preferred.
  • 5 7 years of related experience, with a minimum of 3 5 years in a similar position/responsibility.
  • Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry and regional experience is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of organizational development principles and best practices.
  • Extensive experience in Rewards (designing grading structures, salary scales, bonus schemes, conducting salary benchmarks).
  • Extensive experience in Job Evaluation methodologies (knowledge of HAY methodology).
  • Working knowledge of HRM ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).
  • Ability to develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with Labor Law.
