Responsibilities
- Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating all HR policies and procedures
- Advise managers and employees on interpretation of policies and procedures
- Participate in designing and implementing rewards strategies, structures, policies, and procedures
- Design, review and maintain rewards schemes against benchmarks
- Conduct job evaluations for new job titles and place them into grading structure
- Coordinate with recruitment to identify starting salaries and packages for new hires
- Maintain and update job grading systems and pay scales
- Prepare reports and statistics related to salaries and rewards
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 5 7 years of related experience with 3 5 years in a similar position
- Extensive knowledge of organizational development principles and best practices
- Extensive experience in rewards (designing grading structures, salary scales, bonus schemes, conducting salary benchmarks)
- Experience in Job Evaluation methodologies (knowledge of HAY methodology preferred)
- Working knowledge of HRM ERP systems, preferably SAP

Job Summary and Purpose
- Review and update QFAB's HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with leading practices.
- Support development and implementation of rewards strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure rewards strategies are equitable, transparent, and competitive to attract and retain talent.
Key Accountabilities
- Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating all HR policies and procedures.
- Advise managers and employees on interpretation of QFAB's policies and procedures.
- Participate in designing and implementing QFAB's rewards strategies and structures.
- Design, review and maintain QFAB's rewards schemes against suitable benchmarks.
- Partner with Head of Rewards & OD to develop and conduct salary surveys.
- Conduct Job Evaluation for newly designed job titles and place them into grading structure.
- Coordinate with Employee Relations Section and company leadership for starting salaries.
- Maintain and update job grading systems and pay scales.
- Participate in studies to determine employees' satisfaction in terms of rewards.
- Review queries related to incentive and reward schemes.
- Advise managers and employees on interpretation of rewards strategies and benefit programs.
- Liaise with Learning and Development section for performance management outcomes.
Qualifications, Experience and Job Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Certification in relevant discipline (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SPHR, CIR, ACIR) highly preferred.
- 5 7 years of related experience with minimum 3 5 years in similar position.
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas industry and regional experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of organizational development principles and best practices.
- Extensive experience in Rewards (designing grading structures, salary scales, bonus schemes, conducting salary benchmarks).
- Extensive experience in Job Evaluation methodologies (knowledge of HAY methodology).
- Working knowledge of HRM ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with Labor Law.
