About the Role
ParamInfo is looking for a TOS Administrator to lead development, implementation, and maintenance of terminal operating systems (TOS) for ports in Abu Dhabi. The role requires in-depth knowledge of TOS like CATOS, NAVIS, and databases, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead all development, implementation, and maintenance activities for terminal operating systems (TOS)
- Gather TOS requirements from Business users to design, develop, implement, operate & maintain TOS
- Monitor, operate, and ensure performance of TOS within agreed SLA
- Manage TOS AMC contracts and oversee maintenance schedules
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians from contractors/vendors/OEMs
- Respond to system malfunctions and coordinate troubleshooting efforts
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers for procurement
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations
- Lead project requirements, design, development, and implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science / IT Engineer)
- 4+ years of experience as TOS Admin or Business Analyst of TOS
- In depth knowledge of Terminal Operating Systems (CATOS, MOST, NAVIS, Jade, Kaleris)
- In depth knowledge of Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, SQLite)
- In depth knowledge of Network architecture, Servers/VMs/Cloud infra architecture, Windows Server OS & Linux OS
- In depth knowledge of Power BI Dashboards and reporting tools
- Programming languages: PLSQL, C#, .Net, ASP.NET, APIs, Java
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- English is a must; Arabic is a plus

Job Description
- TOS Administrator shall be responsible for leading all development, implementation, and maintenance activities for terminal operating systems (TOS).
- The different TOS used in ADPG are CATOS, MOST, NAVIS, JMT, Portman, VNVCS, PORTOS, PORTYSYS, TOS Lite & Mawani.
- TOS Administrator will be responsible for gathering all TOS requirements from Business users to design, develop, implement, operate & maintain TOS (GC, Bulk, RORO, CFS, Rail & Container) and its integration with various systems.
Key Responsibilities
- TOS Business Analyses
- TOS Design & Architect
- TOS – Application administration (managing user groups & profiles).
- Integration support for PCS (MG & ATLP), GOS, ERP, CRM, ACS, FMS, Maximo, RMS, BI, DB, SOC monitoring, etc.
- TOS Development, implementation & maintenance (including project coordination with internal teams and vendor/contractor/OEM).
- Monitoring, Operations and performance of TOS to ensure proper functioning and reliability (within agreed SLA).
- In depth knowledge of Terminal Operating Systems (CATOS, MOST, NAVIS, Jade, Kaleris) for GC, Bulk, Rail, CFS, RORO & Container.
- In depth knowledge of Databases viz. PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, SQLite, etc.
- In depth knowledge of Network architecture, Servers/ VMs/ Cloud infra architecture, Windows Server OS & Linux OS.
- In depth knowledge of Power BI Dashboards; reporting tools including MS Excel, ppts, word; tools like toad, MSSQL server tool, Filezilla, Postman, Putty; programming languages like PLSQL, C#, .Net, ASP.NET, APIs, Java.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and interact with clients, vendors, and stakeholders professionally, politely & courteously.
- Maintenance Management, development and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules for all TOS systems under supervision, including corrective & planned preventive maintenance.
Educational and Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science / IT Engineer)
- Language Skills: English is a must and Arabic is a plus
- Years of Experience: 4+
- Nature of Experience: TOS Admin, Business Analyst of TOS, System Architect, Design of TOS, Database Management, Project Coordination and Implementation, Terminal Operating System’s Operations and Maintenance, Systems Testing and Commissioning (QA/QC)
