About the Role
We are hiring a Senior IT Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience to support institutional project implementations. You will act as the primary IT Business Analyst for Oracle Fusion, Ellucian Banner, and related systems, translating business requirements into system solutions.

- Support institutional project implementations by working closely with the Data and Application Manager
- Act as the primary IT Business Analyst for Oracle Fusion, Ellucian Banner, and related systems
- Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system solutions
- Support project delivery activities and enable effective adoption of implemented systems
- Perform IT Business Analysis, Oracle Fusion & Ellucian Banner Functional Analysis, HALO ITSM & Service Enablement, Reporting & Data Validation, and Governance, Documentation & Change Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 6–9 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or ERP/SIS implementation support
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Ellucian Banner
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements
- Familiarity with ITIL, UAT, and project delivery frameworks
- Hands on experience with AI platforms

Job Purpose
- To support institutional project implementations by working closely with the Data and Application Manager, acting as the primary IT Business Analyst for Oracle Fusion, Ellucian Banner, and related systems.

Qualifications & Experience
