Role :Technology Delivery Manager (Core Banking & GTB)

🚀 THE MISSION
We are looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Global Transaction Banking (GTB) platform integrations, including OBP, OBLM, and OBVAM.
You will play a key role in driving the Flexcube 14.8 Core Banking Upgrade across UAE and International Banking Groups (IBG), ensuring seamless execution with zero business disruption.
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Own the complete delivery lifecycle aligned with Flexcube 14.8 milestones, managing scope, cost, timelines, and risks.
✔️ Lead SIT, Regression Testing, UAT, defect prioritization, production cutover readiness, and hypercare support.
✔️ Act as the primary point of contact between external vendors, cross-functional technology teams, QA teams, and GTB business stakeholders.
✔️ Ensure strict compliance with SDLC processes, architecture standards, regulatory requirements, security policies, and audit frameworks.
Essential Skills
✅ 13+ years of experience in Corporate Banking application implementations.
✅ 5+ years of Team Management, Project Management, and Implementation Management experience.
✅ Strong expertise in Corporate Banking & GTB Systems, including Liquidity, Cash Management, and Virtual Accounts.
✅ Proven experience managing large-scale migration and upgrade programs with cross-border teams.
✅ Strong technical solutioning, SQL, data interpretation, and documentation skills.
⭐ Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
⭐ Strong knowledge of APIs & Complex System Integrations
