- Relevant Bachelor's degree or diploma
- Certification in Training and Development or related studies
- At least 3 4 years' experience in facilitation of learning and development or training in a formal setting
- At least 1 year of team leading responsibilities
- At least 3 years' experience in a healthcare environment
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Verbal and written communication skills in English

Main Purpose of Job
- To support and guide the development of employee competence through the facilitation and evaluation of various learning and development programmes
Key Responsibility Areas
- Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees
- Develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs

- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions

Required Education
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- Certification in Training and Development or related studies is desired
Required Experience
- At least 3 4 years’ experience in facilitation of learning and development or training in a formal setting, at least 1 year of which involved team leading responsibilities
- At least 3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment is desired
Required Job Skills And Knowledge
- Create learning support material, including training manuals
- E learning content authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Moodle, etc.)
- Evaluation of learning effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model
- Instructional design principles
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Hospital and Clinic operations
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Effective teaching and learning (pedagogical) practices
- Video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premier Pro)
