Responsibilities
- Act as local focal point for TIQ framework, ensuring technical quality and integrity standards across Qatar business lines
- Coordinate and monitor internal surveillance audits and accreditation requirements
- Maintain quality records and integrity registers
- Prepare and report TIQ performance on monthly and quarterly basis
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and performance data to produce reports and dashboards
- Prepare and present KPI reporting for leadership and business reviews
- Identify performance gaps and support development of improvement initiatives
- Build effective working relationships across operations, technical, and leadership teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 5 years experience in quality, technical coordination, performance, or operations support role
- Working knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17065)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience preparing management level reports and presentations
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Role Purpose
- The TIQ & Performance Representative drives technical quality, integrity, and operational performance across Bureau Veritas Qatar to improve client experience while protecting Bureau Veritas’ LTO portfolio, brand, image, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the local focal point for the TIQ framework, ensuring technical quality and integrity standards are embedded across all Qatar business lines.
- Coordinate and monitor internal surveillance audits, and accreditation requirements, ensuring timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
- Support compliance with Bureau Veritas Group quality procedures, accreditation bodies, and applicable international standards.
- Maintain quality records, and integrity registers, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.
- Liaise with the area TIQ function to align local practice with Group and regional requirements.
- Prepare and report TIQ performance on a monthly and quarterly basis, including management system performance, audit results, risks, opportunities and KPIs.
- Monitor, analyze and consolidate TIQ related performance data across entities and ensure its accuracy and consistency.
- Manages the portfolio of licenses to operate, ensuring the LTO database is kept up to date.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyse operational and performance data across business and product lines to produce accurate, timely performance reports and dashboards.
- Prepare and present KPI reporting for leadership and business reviews, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Work with business and product line leaders to ensure performance data is provided accurately and on schedule.
- Identify performance gaps and support the development and tracking of improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a quality, technical coordination, performance, or operations support role, ideally within a Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) or industrial services environment.
- Working knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17065) is highly desirable.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience preparing management level reports and presentations.

- Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
- Proactive, self motivated, and able to work effectively with limited supervision.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
