- Lead multidisciplinary project teams in executing asset registration and asset condition assessment programs across complex infrastructure facilities
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, approvals, and overall project performance
- Ensure compliance with approved methodologies, project execution plans, and quality standards
- Oversee the development, verification, and reconciliation of comprehensive asset registers
- Manage asset inspection, testing, and condition assessment activities across multiple engineering disciplines
- Support the preparation and review of long term asset investment and capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key project stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets, commercial performance, subcontractor agreements, and resource allocation
- Manage specialist subcontractors, engineering consultants, and technical service providers
- Oversee asset data collection, validation, and integration into enterprise asset management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Asset Management, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience within infrastructure, facilities management, transportation, utilities, aviation, or large scale asset intensive environments
- Proven experience delivering asset condition assessment, asset registration, or asset management projects
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and technical specialists
- Professional proficiency in English
- Preferred: PMP certification
- Preferred: IAM Certificate/Diploma
- Preferred: Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA)
- Arabic language skills are considered an advantage

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Asset Condition Assessment & Investment Planning to lead the delivery of large scale infrastructure asset management projects.
- The successful candidate will oversee asset registration, condition assessment programs, specialist engineering investigations, and long term asset investment planning initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
