- Utilize timekeeping software to log and manage employee time entries
- Coordinate with department managers to resolve discrepancies in time records
- Generate timely reports on employee attendance trends, overtime, and leave balances
- Maintain up to date knowledge of labor laws and company policies
- Assist in training new employees on timekeeping procedures
- Monitor and audit timekeeping data regularly
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding timekeeping inquiries
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate reporting of employee hours
- Support implementation of new timekeeping technologies or processes
