Requirements
- English language proficiency (read, write, communicate)
- Two years minimum experience in respective trade for Engineering graduates, OR 3 years for Non Engineering graduates/Diploma holders, OR 6 8 years experience if qualification criteria not fully met
- Knowledge and understanding of risk assessment (e.g., JSA)
- Awareness of H2S hazards and consequences
- Knowledge of safe systems of work (PTW, method statements, formal procedural aspects)
- Knowledge of equipment certifications
- Job specific certifications where required
- Lifting Supervisor Training requirement for lifting activities
- ADNOC WMS training certificates valid for three years

- Type of Employment: TPH / Visa and payroll under Indman
- Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
- Salary: To be discussed to shortlisted candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Job Performer/Performing Authority shall exhibit English language proficiency skills (read, write, and communicate).
- Knowledge and understanding of risk assessment, with the ability to contribute knowledge while carrying out risk assessments such as JSA.
- Awareness of H2S hazards and consequences.
- Knowledge and thorough understanding of safe systems of work (PTW, method statements, formal procedural aspects, etc.).
- Knowledge of equipment certifications.
- Any job specific certifications where required.
- The contractor shall ensure Job Performers (JPs) assigned for lifting activities comply with the Lifting Supervisor Training requirement.
- ADNOC WMS training certificates are valid for three (3) years and require refresher training upon expiry.
- For the electronic WMS, personnel who remain inactive for more than one (1) year must complete refresher training before resuming their role.
- All Job Performers (JPs) must be endorsed by their Line Management and authorized by the Asset Owner to act as PTW Signatories.
- At the end of each shift or upon completing the work, the JP must confirm that all personnel have left the site, personal locks have been removed, and the work area is clean and safe.
- The Job Performer (JP) is responsible for supervising the work party and ensuring the safety of the worksite throughout the execution of the work.
Experience Requirements
- Two (02) years of minimum experience in the respective trade (for Engineering graduates), OR 3 years of minimum experience for Non Engineering graduates and Diploma holders, OR 6 to 8 years of experience in the respective trade with effective communication skills may be accepted on a case by case ba
