Role Overview
Smart Repair Auto Services is hiring a Workshop Time Keeper to monitor workshop operations and job timing using Odoo.
The role covers vehicle job cards, technician timing, workshop productivity, employee attendance, and reporting.
Workshop Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicles and job cards inside the workshop.
- Record service start and completion times.
- Update and follow up on job cards in Odoo.
- Monitor technician working time and service duration.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to avoid delays.
- Track productivity, identify bottlenecks, and follow up on overdue job cards.
- Prepare daily workshop timing and productivity reports.
Attendance Responsibilities
- Manage employee attendance through Odoo.
- Monitor check-in and check-out records.
- Review and correct attendance discrepancies.
- Coordinate with HR and Branch Managers regarding attendance issues.
- Follow up on employee schedules, shifts, and working hours.
- Keep attendance data accurate and updated in Odoo.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Workshop Time Keeper or Time Keeper is required.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo and Odoo Attendance is required.
- Understanding of workshop operations, job cards, attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave records is required.
- Car care or automotive workshop experience is required.
- UAE experience is required.
- Good Excel and reporting skills are required.
- Strong follow-up, communication, and attention to detail are required.
Compensation
- The description states pay of AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per hour.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person in the UAE.
